Higher School of Arbitrators Study Process Organization
Preparation, retraining and qualification raising of arbitrators is carried out at the Higher School.
At the Higher School of Arbitrators, the curriculum is carried out on the regular (full-time) basis.
Admission to the School is carried out without competition.
The tuition fee for the study at the Higher School of Arbitrators is defined by the General Council of the NGO "Defender of Right Union".
The School introduces its Charter to the applicants.
The Higher School concludes a contract with the attendees.
The academic year in the School consists of two semesters, and the studying course process is organized in five months, with an exam period for each semester end.
The normative duration of the educational process for each educational program and the beginning of the academic year are determined by the founder.
The following types of education are provided in the Higher School: lecture, practical work / seminar, counseling, training and pre-postgraduate internship, as well as substantive work of the attendee.
The organization of the learning process is regulated by the curriculum of the specialty determined by the relevant educational program, the content distribution according to the timetable, training courses and subjects.
The curriculum is approved by the Higher School Director.
Graduates of the School are provided with a graduation certificate, a certificate of the Higher School of Arbitrators.
The School organizes scientific conferences, consultations and seminars.
